Copy, print and scan acquired from inu:it

Copy, print and scan has been acquired by Arctic Print ApS.

What does it mean?
Klaus Poulsen and Dan Jeppson has purchased all copy, print and scan activities from inu:it A/S.
That also means all service agreements from inu:it has been handed over to Arctic Print ApS from April 1st 2022.

The same team, the same price and service agreements
There is no difference, only a new name on the invoice. We hired all staff  (technicians) from inu:it A/S that was involved with print, copy and scan.
Dan Jeppson has become sales manager and partner from May 1st 2022.
